With the resurgence of vinyl in the community, the City will be hosting Vinylpalooza, a record fair and exhibition at Wireless Hill!
To promote the resurgence of vinyl in the community as a younger generation discovers the wonders of records, the City of Melville will be hosting Vinylpalooza, a record fair and exhibition at Wireless Hill Park for all collectors, vinyl fanatics, music lovers and the insanely curious on Sunday, 10 March from 11.00am to 3.00pm
Collecting vinyl has never been more prolific than in recent years and is out stripping CDs in popularity, something no-one could have ever predicted.
Visitors will also be able to visit It’s on the Turntable, an exhibition of vintage record player machines from 1940 to 1980, rare vinyl and hip pocket singles at Wireless Hill Museum. Local food and coffee trucks will also be at the venue.
