All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.
10 December is Human Rights Day and is observed by the international community every year. It commemorates the day in 1948 the United Nations General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). It ensures that the rights of every human across the globe are protected. It covers basic rights of food, shelter and water, as well as the right to free and uncensored information.
